According to my sources, Oronde Gadsden II will return to the Syracuse Orange for the 2024 season.
Gadsden finished just shy of 1,000 receiving yards in 2022 (969), reeling in 61 passes, six of those going for touchdowns.
He had seven catches for 67 yards and a touchdown before
Gadsden played in eight games as a true freshman year (2021) and 13 as a sophomore (2022) before sustaining an injury in the second game of the 2023 season at home versus the Western Michigan Broncos.
Due to playing in four games or less in 2023, Gadsden can use that season as a redshirt season, giving him two more years of eligibility in college.
I follow USF football and have for many years. They played an incredible game but at the same time Syracuse didn't show up on the field and they pretty much let them do whatever they wished to do on play calls. I love Syracuse I always will but this one put nothing in my heart but disappointment.
